Developments in 4th Amendment Law

1.0 Total CLE Hrs

Presented by Ernie Lewis, Former KACDL President.

Please join us as we explore how Fourth Amendment law has developed over the last two decades?  Is there anything left of Section 10?  What role have these developments played in the racial reckoning that is ongoing in this country? We'll be sure to leave time for your questions and answers.
