Senate Bill 20: More Effective Responses When Youth Get in Trouble

Improving responses would build safer communities and stronger kids. SB 20 would improve the effectiveness of the juvenile justice system by holding youth accountable in ways that get them back on track while leading to safer communities.

Senate Bill 120: Reform Kentucky’s Criminal Justice System

Hold parents accountable in ways that allow them to care for their children.SB 120 addresses Kentucky’s growing prison population. Kentucky has the highest rate of children who have experienced a parent being incarcerated, and this bill will help limit the impact of incarceration on children and families.

Senate Bill 195: Allow Additional Youth Records to Be Expunged
