The Kentucky Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers believes that continued recognition and adherence to the Bills of Rights contained in the Constitutions of the United States and of the Commonwealth of Kentucky by the Judicial, Legislative and Executive branches of government are necessary to sustain the quality of the American system of justice. We work to ensure this through the various levels of the law and have a specific three target approach through our Legislative, Amicus Curiae, and Rules Committee work. Each committee has a well seasoned Criminal Defense Practicioner at the helm and KACDL has a paid Legislative Agent.
